Naiira Flowers currently delivers to UK mainland addresses only.
Should you be interested in placing an order but live outside of UK mainland addresses please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you where possible.
All bouquets and flowers are packaged in gold gift boxes tied with a satin ribbon (colours of ribbon may vary according to bouquet colour scheme and may differ from colour pictured on the bouquet photo gallery – should you require a specific ribbon which we have in stock please contact us when placing your order).
Gold gift boxes are packaged in sturdy card board outer boxes for delivery.
Our aim at Naiira Flowers is to satisfy our customers with swift and speedy delivery. We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
All products are delivered by DPD courier at a cost of £6.95 per bouquet for a standard delivery.
We aim to have your product delivered within 4 working days of placing your order, however delivery times may vary according to your location and other geographical and seasonal factors.
Should you require your delivery sooner please contact our team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements where possible, in some areas we can offer next day delivery however we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible.
DPD offer a tracking service so you can track your delivery and amend the time of your delivery to the delivery can be received by you or the lucky recipient directly. Please ensure to fill in the delivery details correctly.
Should you place an order and wish to cancel the order this can be done before shipping of your order, which is usually carried out in 24-48 hours after placing your order on working days. Please contact us at email@example.com to cancel your order asap, and you will receive a full refund to the payment card used for placing your order. Once your product has been shipped we cannot cancel your order.
At Naiira Flowers, we are dedicated to our customer’s happiness and their satisfaction with our products which are lovingly handmade.
Please note that due to our products being made using real, natural preserved flowers and foliage which are perishable items, we cannot accept returns, however in the unfortunate event that your bouquet arrives damaged or it is incorrect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your bouquet with a description of the problem, a photo of the issue and a copy of your receipt so we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible – we really value our customers and genuinely care about the quality of your experience with us!
In the regrettable event that there is a problem with your order, on receipt of the returned item we can then offer you a replacement product or a refund. Please note that in some instances replacement of the exact product may not always be available, however we will always endeavour to offer you a product you will be more than satisfied with.
